How do I place an order?
To place an order you can 610-458-9792. Or in the top menu click on Products. Then click on the Shop Now Icon. Click Add to Cart. The you will have the option to view your cart, check out, or continue shopping. If still having trouble please email 360trainer@cycle360trainer.com.
What is the refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your Cycle360Trainer™ you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery. Because of the size and weight we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your 360Trainer. Returns will be charged $150 or more depending on your location. Refer to our (link word doc Refund Policy).
How much is shipping?
The cost of shipping will vary for the Cycle360Trainer™. Depending on your location shipping will average between $150-160.
Is assembly needed?
It’s a four step assembly process. Need two people. A very detailed manual, that is a user friendly set-up.
How can I order for my gym?
The Cycle360Trainer™ team is happy to offer custom quotes for anyone looking to outfit a facility for a highly specific set of needs. Contact us at 360trainer@cycle360trainer.com for larger quantity pricing.
How long does shipping and handling take?
Packaging and handling typically takes 1-3 days after your purchase. Then shipping and delivery timeframe is usually 2-3 weeks after purchase, but can be shorter. Due to increased demand and COVID-19 it could take longer than normal. Once membership is paid you will receive complimentary access to our livestream and on-demand classes for 1 month.
Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership after the expiration of your commitment period. You agree that if you cancel your plan before the end of the commitment period, you will pay an early termination fee.
How do I access Livestream On-Demand and Group Zoom videos?
To access videos that are livestream and on-demand you will log in to your membership in the site. Visit link to log in page: https://cycle360trainer.com/login/
Are there any Cycle360Trainer™ addons?
Yes we have a couple of different addons. There is 360Trainer starter kick that comes with 1 foam roller, 1 8kg Kettlebell and 2 #10 Dumbbells and a band. There is 360Trainer apparel you can purchase a t-shirt, tank, or hydration bottle. There is also a push up bar an accessory piece to connect to the back of your Cycle360Trainer™.
