Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing the Cycle360Trainer™. Because this is large fitness equipment, our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting customers and ensuring equipment can be safely resold.

  1. Return Eligibility Window (Unopened / Unused Only)
    You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date only if the Cycle360Trainer™ is:

  • unopened and unused

  • in its original packaging

  • with all original parts, hardware, and accessories sealed and intact

If the box has been opened, the unit has been assembled, or the product shows any signs of use, it is not eligible for a non-defective return.

  1. Non-Returnable Items (Except Where Required by Law)
    The following items are not eligible for return:

  • digital products or downloadable content

  • gift cards

  • clearance or “final sale” items (clearly marked at checkout)

  • any product damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or unauthorized modifications

  1. Return Shipping Costs (Unopened / Unused Returns)
    For approved unopened/unused returns:

  • the customer is responsible for all shipping costs

  • original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • if the order included a “free shipping” promotion, we may deduct the actual outbound shipping cost we paid from your refund

  • if we provide a prepaid freight label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund

  1. Inspection & Refund Timing
    Once we receive the return, our team will inspect the package and contents to confirm the item is unopened/unused and complete.

  • inspection is completed within 7–10 business days

  • refunds are issued after inspection approval to the original payment method

If the return does not meet the unopened/unused requirement, we may refuse the return and ship the item back to you at your expense.

  1. Defective Items, Wrong Item Shipped, or Damage in Transit
    If your order arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit:

  • there is no restocking fee

  • we will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs, or send replacement parts or a replacement unit, as appropriate

To help us resolve this quickly:

  • report transit damage within 72 hours of delivery

  • include photos of the product and packaging

  1. How to Start a Return
    To initiate a return, email support@cycle360trainer.com with:

  • order number

  • full name

  • reason for return

  • photos of the unopened packaging (and photos of any damage, if applicable)

If approved, we will send a return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
