Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States (continental U.S.).

  • For Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations, please contact support@cycle360trainer.com before placing your order.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Large equipment such as the Cycle360Trainer ships via freight/LTL carrier or specialized ground service.

  • Smaller accessories may ship via standard parcel carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS or similar).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on:

    • Destination

    • Order weight and dimensions

    • Selected shipping method

From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping; any such offer will be clearly displayed on the site and/or at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Freight shipments may require the carrier to contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.

Delivery for Equipment

  • Freight deliveries are typically curbside; the driver is not required to bring the product inside your home or facility.

  • Please inspect the packaging and product upon delivery. If you notice visible damage:

    • Note it on the delivery receipt

    • Take photos

    • Contact support@cycle360trainer.com within 7 days

Shipping Charges and Returns

  • Shipping charges (including any freight surcharges) are non-refundable on non-defective returns.
