Online coaching at Passion for Fitness is a structured coaching relationship. Your program is built around how your body moves, what you need to improve, and how to progress safely over time.
We apply the same standards used in our in-person training — prioritizing function first, then strength, then performance — and deliver them through clear programming and ongoing oversight.

Who Online Coaching Is For
Online coaching is a strong fit if you:
Want expert guidance without being tied to a gym
Travel frequently or manage an unpredictable schedule
Are transitioning out of in-person training
Need structure and accountability between sessions
Want a smarter approach than generic online programs
On-Demand Training Is Included
All online coaching includes guided on-demand strength, mobility, and corrective sessions delivered through our private app. These sessions support your coaching plan and ensure you always know what to do between check-ins.
On-demand training reinforces consistency — it does not replace coaching.
Using the Cycle360Trainer.
Some online clients choose to integrate the Cycle360Trainer into their program. When available, it is used as a tool for low-impact conditioning, rotational work, posture, and trunk stability.
Online coaching can be delivered with or without the Cycle360Trainer. Programs are adjusted based on available equipment — coaching principles remain the same.
