About

Built by a trainer, not a marketing team

The Cycle360Trainer was created by Joe Ransom, strength coach, StrongFirst instructor, and owner of Passion for Fitness in Exton and Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, because of one question: What if conditioning could reinforce movement, not just fitness?

Training is in the details

At Passion for Fitness, training has never been about working harder for the sake of it. It is about efficiency. It is about form and technique, paying attention to injury, and building progress step by step, in the details. That is the standard Joe has coached by for years, and it is the standard he built into this machine.

Why standing?

Most cardio equipment sits you down and switches your posture off. The Cycle360Trainer keeps you upright, with your core on and your joints loaded the way they were built to be. Smooth magnetic resistance keeps it low impact and quiet. The 360-degree rotating handles let you push, pull, press, and rotate, so one machine trains cardio and strength together. The frame is commercial-grade steel, built for daily use at home, in a gym, or in a clinic, with a 310 lb user capacity.

Who it is for

Active adults who want real conditioning that respects their joints. Athletes who need cardio that carries over to how they move. Clinics, trainers, and gyms that need one durable tool for conditioning, posture, and core work. The Cycle360Trainer was designed for active adults, athletes, and rehabilitation professionals, and it is backed by a trainer who answers his own email.
