I came across the bike accidentally after trying to find sponsors for my son who was a mountain biker. I took a free class and I've been there eight years I'm 57 and I'm in great shape. I love the bike. It doesn't hurt any part of my body and I'm able to get cardio again into my routine. This bike is great for so many different movements as a hockey player myself this bike is great because your always in an athletic position as you are in hockey the stride as you pedal is similar to the strides you take skating and you can do different positions to mimic training for sports specifically hockey
The Cycle360Trainer has allowed me to be active again. After a knee injury and surgery, running and a normal bicycle were very difficult for me. With the 360 I am able to get functional cardio back into my routine. Joe is the best and will guide you through the whole process.
